It supports leaders to try new things, succeed or fail quickly and embed new ways of working into their leadership practice.

Te Hōtaka Kaihautū Tāngata Whai Wheako –
Experienced People Leader Programme

This leadership programme recognises that many experienced leaders need ongoing access to development to ensure they remain relevant and impactful.

This programme is designed to develop people leaders from “good to great.” It is conversation-rich and builds on real-life challenges and experiments.

Te Kaihautū –
New People Leader Development

This leadership programme is designed to support leaders leading other people for the first time during their 12 month transition phase.

The mindset, skills and behaviours required in a people-leading role are progressively different from the technical skills that helped leaders succeed in their previous roles. This is one of the most significant leadership transitions that leaders will ever make in their leadership career – enabling their success is critical!

Melanie offers customised workout sessions to meet the unique needs of her clients.
Her areas of expertise include Leading a Multi-Generational Workforce, Leadership Mindset, Giving and Receiving Feedback, Coaching and Developing People, and Māori Crown Relations, all of which are fundamental skills for any great leader to possess.

These sessions can be conducted either in-house or virtually and typically last between 2 to 4 hours, depending on the area of focus agreed upon.
